Don't see Metric Value in Dashboard

Hi,

My problem is referent to Dashboard Builder.

I create an Interactive Metric Trends and when i try to see the metrics values, those don't appear on the table.

I'm using BO XI 3.0

I have installed these browsers:

Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2

Internet Explorer 7.0

Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.X

And i still can't see the metics values.

I have the Java Version 1.6.0

What happens when you try to create a different analytic using the same metric (ex. Speedometer)? Do the values show up correctly?

Yes, with a speedometer the values show up correctly. Everything works fine.

Only the table of Interactive Metrics trends don't show up the values.

What's happening?

Not quite sure, I don't believe that it's browser related though. Are you able to log incidents in SMP? Due to the complex nature of the issue, I recommend opening one so that we can assist you further.

It's definitely out of the ordinary for a base 3.0 install. I've never had that kind of problem on any of my test machines.
