Adobe LiveCycle Designer error in WebDynpro

Gurus,

In the Adobe interactive form I am trying to add some elements from the library. As soon i drag and drop some element in the form I get message as below.

"Adobe LiveCycle Designer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I am using SAP GUI 710.

Hi Anuradha,

Seems some issues with the installation of ALD, you can try reinstalling the same.

Thanks for yur reply Arafat.

I figured out the problem.

There was no problem in ALD installation. I downgraded my Adobe Acrobat reader from 8 to version 7 and it worked.
