Hi,

I can't complete (business) a maintenance order. I have the following error message when I try to. What should I do? Thanks.

Diagnosis

The balance on object ORD 11093818 is not zero. That is, there are still costs on the object.

System Response

The object cannot be closed and the deletion flag must not be set.

Procedure

Settle the object before you close it or set the deletion flag.*+

Hello Julien,

you have to settle the order with transaction KO88 (single order settlement) or KO8G (collective order settlement). After the settlement the balance of the order is 0 and you can do the business completion of the order.
