Compile error in hidden module: ModuleUtilitaire

One of my user is getting the error - Compile error in hidden module: ModuleUtilitaire while logon to Full Client. However it is not preventing refrshing the reports.

OS on user's computer is Windows XP Professional v2002 SP2

BO version is 6.5.1

Any in-sight on this?

u201Cmoduleutilitaireu201D, appears to be a part of the WebConnect addin. On the clientu2019s machine can you try removing the OlapConnect and WebConnect addins? I think that may resolve this error message.

If I remove the WebConnect.rea file then I am getting the error message "The file has been moved or re-named". The starange thing is if I remove the registry entry for add-ins, the add-in option is not disabling in Reporter Tool. Any ideas?

This issue has been resolved by changing the "Installed" key value from 1 to 0 in registry.
