PRD online backup error

hi all, can anyone help me regarding backup error on prd server. Following error log generated after unsucessfull backup.

you are doing software compression on your backup. Is this what you want?

what is the size of I:\PRDBACKUP\bdyuaxcq\SR3700.DATA18 ?

Don't know exact size, because backup stucked after file size near abt 4gb.

open a command prompt and type:

DIR I:\PRDBACKUP\bdyuaxcq\SR3700.DATA18

provide results here.
