ME 007 System error in SRM

Hi,

We are using SRM 5.0 with ECC 6.0 and we create requisitions in the backend first.

Came across an error in SRM application monitor.

"Shopping cart XXXXXXXXX (PReq. XXXXXXXXX): ME 007 System error: block object Purch. Requisiti on, key XXXXXXXXXX" in SRM application monitor.

I have tried the following things.

- Tried to transfer the SC to backend. Did not work.

- Looked at SM12 & SM13 logs in backend thinking it could be an SAP locking issue but there is nothing in that.

- Looked at it as data issue. Checked Cost center, G/L Account and other data to make sure nothing was locked.

- Its not a number range issue as well.

- Also tried looking at ME 007 error programs in backend but no luck as such there..

Any idea what might have caused this error?

What is the Key value here?

Check your organisation structure in back end and SRM .In classic if the sc data is incomplete you can create only purchase request. You must cross check data in srm as well as r/3.

I am facing the same issue and the "key" shown is the PR number that it is trying to create in backend. How did you resolve this issue?

try to click the follow on document in the monitor shopping card again.

if it is not created follow on document let us see..
