encrypting and decrypting the field

HI

I am using the "FIEB_PASSWORD_ENCRYPT" Function Module to encrypt the field.

But when I input the out of above FM to "FIEB_PASSWORD_DECRYPT" Functional Module

to decrypt that, I am not getting the original Field Value. So how to decrypt the

encrypted value ??
