Mails are not getting sent to distribution list in quality system

Hi All,

I am using SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 to send email to a shared distribution list. Its working fine in development system and mails are being sent but mails are not being sent in QUALITY system.

Can any one help me, what would be the reason.

Check the status of mails in t-code SOST. Ask the Basis team if the SMTP host has been configured in QA..

Hi Amandeep,

For our program only the mails are not going, and through other application mails are being sent.

Pl. let me know if u have any resolution.
