Please advice the above error appearing while SC submitted with LOV. I need to submit SC without approval.

Hi Lalit,

Check if the start condition specified for triggering workflow is correct T-Code SWB_COND or SWB_PROCUREMENT.

Workflow without approval is WS10000060 (SRM 5.0).( Workflow Without Approval Shopping Cart). You can find workflow with event linkage in T-code SWE2.
