Workitem Attachment displayed in Change mode and not in Display Mode

Hi All,

I have this strange issue dont know whether its SAP gui RELATED ?

I add an attachment to a workitem manually by right click "Add Attachment" .

After I add the attachment I can see it in the list of attachments but cound not open it for display.

On display it shows a diffrent attachment in the same workitem

The same attachment opens correctly in edit mode (right click change attachment) and displays the note.

Please let me know anyone came across this its weird the attachment is there and opens in edit mode but opens a diffrent attachment in display mode.

hi,

SAP store document with their own doc. id that's why you see diffrent id in Display Mode.

Hi,

Not the document ID that is diffrent but the document itslef is diffrent one. For example I have Attach1,Attach2 and Attach3 in the workitem

I can see them in the list of attachments in the workiitem and when I click Attach3 to diplay the note, Intead of Attach 3 I could only see Attach1 document.
