Hi,

Customer order XXXXXX line XX This order has been fully supplied and invoiced but a quantity of XX is still showing as outstanding on MD04

This is the message user has sent me. please help me with the solutin in SAP

Hello,

Go to the Sales order VA03 --> Order --> Environment --> Status Overview. Check the status of the order, whether is is completed or being processed.
