Hello guys,
I'm within a SAP installtion I get a failure caused of this problem

After an Oracle 10.2.0.1 installation I installed a 10.2.0.3 Patch before starting the SAP installer. I don't know if this information is importend or not!

SAP supports 10.2.0.2 and 10.2.0.4 only.

It looks like you have not configured the OPS$ connection and you changed the password.
SAP note 400241 (Problems with ops$ or sapr3 connect to Oracle) has a detailed explanation.
Create the ops$ user following one of this notes:
361641 - Creating OPS$ users on UNIX
50088 - Creating OPS$ users on Windows NT/Oracle
