hi all..this is my first message to the forum...
i have a problem creating the sender agreement while working with file-to-file scenario....
it shows an error sayin
<b> ATTEMPT TO CREATE OBJECT FAILED
UNABLE TO FILD SLD ELEMENT (SAP_SOFTWARECOMPONENT,[NAME, SAP_BASIS,STRING])</b>
any one who knows how to fix this error pls provide a solution for this...ur help would highly be appreciated...

Hi Hari,
Go to the sld and check whether you have all the needed entries in it. (viz Software Components(check in Software catalog-> Software type = Software Components), Business system(Business landscape, technical landscape ) etc.)

Also can you have a look at t code SLDCHECK and tell us if you see an error there.
Have you done the SLD settings?
Also refer the Guide "how to handle sld and xi "

You just close your Intergration Directory window.And open it and try again.
If not explain what you have done in SLD and in IR and in ID.
