Quantity control in Project / wbs

Dear Freinds

PLease help me find a solution for the below issue

I have a project and defiend a WBS, now goods will be issues from inventory to projects for consumption and will be capitalised at later stage. here i want to limit the quantity of materials being issued to the wbs

for eg i want only 2 qty of one material type and 3 qty of other materials to be issued and no more than that should be issued to the project.

how can this happen?

please advice me at the earliest

Hi John,

Standard SAP supports quality ie cost control via budgetting. Your requirement will be addressed by developement. M not sure how, lets wait for others to comment.
