can anybody suggest me

1.how to export ICSS complaint search details to an excel sheet

2.how to get a report of Daywise/BPwise logon details from ICSS scenario

Hello Mr. Rao,

Unfortunately, there are no SAP provided solutions for what you are looking for (both)

can you let us know who will be the audience? The customer (through the web) or the internal audit / support team? The solution could be different for different audience. If this is for internal support group (managers etc), then BW is a good choice.

1 Complaint Search to Excel

<li> You can get the results in BW if this is for internal users. <li> For external users, (customers), I have used the [Apache POI-HSSF|http://poi.apache.org/hssf/index.html]. You can provide this rela "Excel" integration. Or, you can use XSLT and translate the output list inthe last JSP to a simpler comma delimited file and write to a file. The text file can be read using Excel. This is a two step solution..

2 For your Daywise and BPwise Logon history

<li> If you are capturing the Logon event, (activating business / web events), BW will certainly can provide this. <li> If you are looking for this feature for external users, then you must custom develop this functionality.
