Hi Experts,

How to identify for a particular Product id what is the purchasing group.

Hi Sam,

Your purchase group is responsible for some product category and product id is related with Product category.

Hi Sam,

I agree with Muthu.

You can find in orgnization structure (transaction - PPOSA_BBP) display,

Select the purchase org and go to Responsibility Tab. There you can find the prodcut categories for which the purchase organizations are responsible for procurement.
