Logical System name in SLD

Hi All,

In SLD already one Technical System is created as WEB AS ABAP for R/3 system.

When I checking for the Business system under that TS , it is not having the Logical System Name for client 100.

I imported the Idoc in the Integration directory successfully.

While doing the File to Idoc scenario, Logical System Name is mandatory right?

Which Logical System Name is i need to mention and from where Can I get that?

Hi,

1. Using SALE transaction create a logical system in R3.

2. Register the same in SLD using RZ70.

3. Assign this logical system to the technical system.

HI,

That is target system(R3) logical system name, we can see through SCC4 transaction code in R3 system. R3 system logical system name should be same with SLD technical system logical system name else it will throw error 'Receiver Determination' not found.

For file to idoc scenario SLD level need target R3 logical system, but IDOC adapter level we need to give RFC destination value for R3

Hi,

Logical system must be declared in Technical system only.

Technical system should be created as WEASABAP and need to give SAP 100 Logical system

Automaticaaly While creating Business system it ask for TS then Logical system will replicate there.

YES . You needto add the logical system in BD54 and maintain thew Distribution Model for this in BD64.

Yes logical system needs to be created..sender and receiver side..

Hi Sree,

You need to register your R/3 system in the SLD properly.

Run TC RZ70 in to your R/3. This program launch several data collector which are sent to the SLD. One of them is the Logical System name.
