Hi all,
I want to create absence quota for annual leave, I have done all the steps in spro, but the quota does not work. There is not any quota in infotype 2006.
Also I donot understand the means of no generation, increase, replace in table v_556a_b. The problem may be related with this.
Can you help me
Hi,
To generate quotas you will have to run RPTQTA00 or RPTIME00 reports.
NO Generation : The quotas should be manually updated in IT2006/2007.
Increasing : This will be used for accrual of quotas from time evaluation
Replace : When the quota generates it will overwrite the quotas currently available.
Thanks,
Preetham

Is seniority based on a specific date or is it more complex (cumulation with or without stop based on some absences ?)
If it is not really simple, you will have to go through a time evaluation rule because the standard do not provide must choice....
If it is simple, show us what you did, or tell us what you need exactly.
Hi,
First Set Base Entitlement and use Table T559L for Selection Rules.
To generate quotas you will have to run RPTQTA00 or RPTIME00 reports as Preethamroy Aranha mentioned.
Pls check and let me know

The quota will be generated only with the entitlement. Did you set it all? in doubt, choose increase, the most classic.
Did you run time evaluation?
