Chart of Depreciation

Hello,

I have created company code 1000 and 2000 ,in asset accounting i had created two chart of depreciation,

because some of asset classes is different in both company codes.

i have done some in asset class 2000 .

but when i am creating the asset master

and when i saw asset class by company code it shows the asset class of 2000 even i had set 1000 COD.

Hi,

asset class is defined at client level. When you define asset class there is no specific link between asset class and company code. Every asset class has account determination when you create a asset class in OAOA. This Account determination is attached to the chart of account- gl account in AO90. This is at chart of account level.

I hope i have cleared the total cycle.
