Assign the Probability to Standard Sales Order

I am unable to assign the probability to Standard Sales order

Hi

I am working with Copy Control So that i have defined anew sales order relating to standard order functionality here i could able to assign the probility 100% the field is in surpose mode where can i assign the probility to that perticular doc so that i can get the answer

i think we canot change the probability in the sales document.
