How to connect the CSS (Customer Service System) from J2EE - NWA page

Hello,

I need to connect to the CSS (Customer Servie System), which is the SAP internal tool for CSN monitoring from the NWA page.

I know how to connect to a R3 system from NWA page, but i don't have enough information how to connect to CSS system, because generally you logon to CSS system system with SSO on.

Can anyone please help me on this?

Hi

1) Login to the relevant system

2) Goto the transaction IF_SPAF_INB_PROCESS_AGENT~PERFORM_ERROR_HANDLING

7) Click on the method to get into source code and then goto menu u2018Gotoà Class Definitionu2019

Click tab u2018Propertiesu2019

Double Click the Package

Note the Application Component of the Package

The application component is the component in which the CSS message has to be raised
