error for customer-specific authorization check (user exit)

while doing result recording of test equipment through tcode qa32, At the time of rejection when i click on defects, recieved error i.e (Error for customer-specific authorization check (user exit) Message no. I0139) how to resolve this.

Hi,

Take SU53 report and check for missing roles in authorization with basis consultant.

I checked the authorization with SU53. System shows the message " The last authorization check was successful". So I believe no authorization is missing.
