HI,

How to annual plan for Power consumption kwh/tonn in different sections by using LTP or SOP.

Can anyone give me idea how to about it.

Hi

U can plan through activity in KP26.

Or Make Power as matcode

Assign this matcode as an item in a bom. (set as per KWH/MT, Ton is base qty of BOM, power is item with UOM as KWH)

Create an inactive version PIR in MD61. Enter the qty for each month. Or check planning period.

Create planning scenario in MS31, aassign the version and plant and release

Run MS02. System will trigger reqmt for Power. Collect all these reqmnts for Power (plannd order will be there with the planning scenario in PLAF table). There should be an unit price in material master. So through a Z report u will get the annual reqmt.

My idea is just to think power as a normal material code with type like ROH or HAlB.
