basic requirement is specific plant should not allow to create pur documents. so I want to restrict the user in selection of plant. can anybody give best solution

Hi,

Use authorization object M_BEST_WRK to restrict either a user or a plant from PO creation.

Your basis guy will be able to do that.

It is purely related to autorization & object related. With the help of basis guy u can restrict it.

Hai,

This can be done by removing the authorization of the objects in the Specific user roles.

The objects to be removed are

M_BEST_WRK

M_BANF_WRK

M_RAHM_WRK

M_ANGB_WRK

M_ANFR_WRK

The above said objects are correspondingly for PO,PR,Ouline agreements,Quotation & RFQ.
