Hi experts,
I have run MRP t-code MD50 (ie with ref to sales order),
It shows
Planned order created 1
purchase requisitions created 2
So i want to know whether it will create P.R and planned order automatically ,if so where i have to see (i.e t-codes) these purchase requisitions and planned order
Pls explain me ..
thanks
Hi,
When you run the MRP, Planned Orders or Purchase Requisitions are created.
You can see them in the results.
Results are displayed in two lists
1. MRP list--- MD05
MRP list is Static list
2.Stock Requirement List-- MD04.
Stock Requirement list is Dynamic List.
If you want see the perticular PLanned Order you can use TCode MD13..
If You want to see the perticular Purchase Requisitions ME53N.
Thanks
Raja

Mr Kumar,
When you Run MRP in MD50 you can choose whether you need planned order or directly Purchase requisition. You can see the planned order or Purchase requisition( depends on what you have chosen) in MD04 screen. This is true for raw materials( ROH) for which in procurement type you have maintained 'External procurement'
Now for HALB items, suppose you have maintained 'both procurement' you will always get a planned order, at depends on your decision to convert it into production order or purchase requisition.
I just explained it for your understanding. As per your question, go to MD04 , put the inputs and you can see your planned /purchase requisitions.

Mohammad Arif.

Hi,
For materials procured externally,
In Md 50 we define to creates purchase requisitions for the total planning horizon,
or to creates planned orders for the total planning horizon which are manually converted into purchase requisitions at a later date,
You can view the planned order and purchase requiisition in MD04 and MD05 transaction.
You can also define same setting in OPPR under creation indicator.

Hi,
Creation of planned order / purchase requisition depends on two things.
a) In MRP2 view of material master, If you select procurement type as 'E' - Inhouse production, then planned orders are created. If you select, 'F' - External procurement, then it created purchase requisition.
b) Also the appropriate control parameters need to be selected (either planned order or purchase requisition) in MD02-MRP run screen field 'Create urchase req.
You can view the planned order / purchase requiisition in MD04 transaction
Thanks
Muthu

Hy,
whether it will create P.R and planned order automatically
It depends on your MRP type , if it is M0 then you will get Plan order and if it is PD you will get Purchase Requisition.(MD41 / MD50)
It also depends on which parameter you have selected during MRP
if you select 1 Purchase requisition then you will find PR
and if select 2 Plan Order then you will find Plan Order (MD02/03).
You will find this result in T.code MD04/MD05.

Dhaval
