Scheduing Webi Report Error

When Scheduling a Webi Report,the instance status changed to "Pending" soon,even set the status to "Running".The instance will keep "Pending" status, and could not run out the result.Restarted server "AdaptiveJobServer" or rebooted the server could not resolve it.

Environment:

System:Windows 2003 Server

BO:XI R3

System Eventlog details:

Subprocess (Job Server Child) could not be started. Reason: Couldn't get IJob interface or writing IAudit: Pipe exception. Reason: jobserverchild (ReplicationSchedulingService WebIJavaSchedulingService, 0, Timeout waiting for Child [7704] to register ([120]seconds).

What is the error message you are getting, is that WIS 30270 ?

Are you able to schedule any other report types successfully (Deski, CR)? Having something similar, albeit on unix environment and am still working through it with Support.

CR could be scheduled successfully.Only scheduling Webi meets the error.

I do not know why CR could be scheduled and Webi not,scheduling CR also uses JobServerChild.

Did you ever get this issue resolved. We are seeing the identical behavior...webi jobs only stuck in Pending
