Hi

Goto TCode KANK and check the Groups button. Here you assigned IO No ranges to a group of Motor pool A u2013 ZZZZZZZZZZZZ . If you want to change the No ranges of Motor pool A u2013 ZZZZZZZZZZZZ to a new group assign it to a new group and create a new No range

Cheers

Hi

You can assign internal or external number range .Go to CO82

then create group for order number after that assign order type to this group.

Hope clear to you.

Dear Raja, Internal number range means the system will automatically select the seqeuntial number within the number range assigned to the order type. In we select External Number range, the user has to key in the number. It may either alpha, alpha numeric or numeric and shall be within the assigned number range. You can choose either of these. In your case, the Order type for Motor pool, it is normally taken as external and it is alpha, so that user can write the vehicle name for the internal order. Trust this helps much!
