Material price change

Dear Gurus

i got a problem with 'x' material,

Initailly for 'x' material they made po with Rs.100/- instead of Rs.10/- and GR/Miro also over. We found this mistake after material period is closed ie after 4 months. Then we modified the price throgh mr21, after that it took as Rs.10/-.

here the problem is.. through mc.9 since 4 months if from 04.2008 till 07.2007 material price is taken as Rs. 10/-. But in the month august it is showing material price is Rs.100/-.

After changing mr21 we did not change any price.

Now the price should be Rs.10/- How to do that.

Hi,

Just take an MB51 for that particular meterial from 16.6.2008 to 31.08.2008 (all movement types) and check the amount in local currency, you can very well identify the odd and analyse the reason for variance.

Hi,

System will allow you to change the price in MR21 for 1 month back.

But you have changed the price from the current month.

So it is not possible to change old price which Rs 100.00 now

It will be display as the same Rs 100.00 in before june month

Its over now you need to consider the data from june on wards not before .

What is the GR date and when have you done the MR21

GR Date is in the month of march 2008 and mr21 date is 16.6.2008
