Service order costing

Hi

While adding component in Service order IW32,some of the components planned cost is not coming.When we see in item view,cost not relevant indicator is set...

Upon further analysis,we found in MM03,MR4 view,under BOM explosion,if indiviual /collet filed is having 1 then cost is not coming in IW32.But if it is selected as 0 or 2,cost is appearing..

Can you tell us how this is related to cost...
