South Africa - Payroll

hi friends ,

I want to configure South africa payroll in our ID1 server, Hr Module was configured on 2003 and last payroll execution run was 2003 .

I changed the payroll control record of payroll area to 01.2008, i hired new employee with start date 01.01.2008

While i try to run payroll of period 01.2008 with standard schema W000. I got error No entry found in the table T510H.

I made entry in table T510H.

but i am getting error in Personnel calculation Rule W010 ( Determination of valuation bases SOUTH AFRICA ) .

w010 is dealing with only processing class 01 isn't it ?

Any suggestions ???

What can i check in processing class 01, can u please tell me .

earlier what I was done .

I deleted the payroll area W0 whcih has Payroll control Record 03.2003

then i created Payroll Area W0 with payroll controll record 01.2008

Might it be the problem .

I also try with the existing record during the Period 03.2003 i am gatting the error.

' No entry in table T549S for key 16 00 01 2003 01 01. I did entry in the Table T549S also . '

same error comes .

check whther u have assigned the Period parameters and modifiers properly

chekc V_T549L V_T549R V_T549Q properly

and assign those to ur pay rol area

Hi Sikindar ,

In this view V_T549Q entry up to 2006 is present, but i want to run for the year 2008 . so how can i do entry for 2008. I run Generate Payroll Periods in spro and i checked in check dates of periods but i have not found entries for 2008 .

please give suggestion .

Basically W010 is determination of valuation basis PCR.

this looks like something wrong with your valuation basis, check how you configured wage types etc.

this deal with processing clas 01 of the wage type please cheak have you done any mistake in processing class 01.
