There 7 service contract for sold to party xxxxxxxx

Dear All,

I have an issue in IC webclient. I am trying to creating service request in webclient, after confirm the ibase id and account customer there is error message "There are 7 service contracts for sold-to party xxxxxxx" and in item list appear 1000 item, i cannot find list of contract in webclient.

But when iam trying to create service request in GUI, there is a message "You should run a new contract selection for item 0000000010" and the list of contract is appear so i can choose the respected contract and in item list the number of product item is 10 (which is correct).

Can anyone tell me what setting should i do for this issue?

Hi Aleluya,

Which release are you using ?

Before CRM2007 you need to make sure that your contract determination in the IC service ticket or service order is unique. There is no possibility to get a pop-up for contract selection in IC.

As of CRM2007, the contract error message has a hyperlink. Clicking the hyperlink will open a pop-up for contract selection.
