Hi,Gurus

Where we can maintain profit center in Material master.And we can see it in sales order.Than maintainning profit center in material master any other place we can maintain profit center.Where we can see it in sales order.

HI,

Profit center is maintained in sales:General/plant view of material master data, but profit center is also default get by substitution rule, ask any FI person he will explain the process and in sales order you can see profit center in item level "account assignment" tab.

how do change the profit center which is mainatianed in the material master and seen in the sales order screen

Dear Suresh

Profit Center can be seen in two tabs of material master. One in Sales: General/Plant and Costing1 views. If you maintain in either of these fields, it will be copied to the other one.

In sale order, you can see this at item level if you click on Account assignment tab.
