Opening Bal in dunning - Reg

Hi all,

Can anyonly suggest me, how to include the opening balance of the financial year of a customer in the dunning wizard output and it would be appreciated.

Hi Venkatesan,

in 2007A you may include opening balance (OB) journals by ticking the box 'Include manual journal entries' in step 4 of 6 of the dunning wizard under 'document types'.

Hi,

Thank you for your information. But our customer is using

2005 B. As you said, it is possible in 2007 B. But I don't know

how to incorporate in 2005 B.
