scheduling agreements

Hi,

I havent used scheduling agreements before. I created one and tried to post goods receipt for the same but im getting an error sayin the PO doesnt have items.Please help.

Hi,

In Scheduling agreement check the delivery date. System will not post the SA unless the delivery date is met.

Change the Delivery date to today's and try to post in MIGO with reference to PO enter the SA number then system will consider the items for posting.

Check & confirm.

Hi,

The concept of SA is at the time of required the matl only it is appliacble, when u craete SA be sure that u give the delivary date or schedule lines in delivary tab.

The SA concept is to control the inventory & get at regular intervals of time

Then if release procedure is appliacble release the SA.

Then do MIGO the date u mentioned in the SA . then it will allow u to do it.

then do MIRO

Please Ensure Delivery Schedules are Maintained in ME38 and the Schedule Agreement is Released.

Now Check the Delivery Schedule Line Item Date. If Date soenot Match then System will not allow to make / post goods Receipt. So go to ME32L / ME38 and Change the Delivery date to Today date / Posting date and Try.

2. select the certain item, then choose delivery schedule botton

3. check the delivery date

Hai,

1.Check for the release strategy tab at header data in PO. If it is there, then release the PO.

2.Check the PO history to see whether Gr is alreadty done or not.

check ur schedule for the gr

if the gr date is not sheduled date then u will get error

if ur trying scenario ,then give to dyas date in ur schedule and then do gr
