reservation blocking

Hi Gurus,

I'm not a PS responsible, there are some reservations blocking some materials on warehouse.those reservations are automatically created by the system for some projects, but altough projects are finished those reservations are not closed, so still blocking the materials. is there any completion flag or something like that to close that projects.

Hi,

You can close the project in CJ20N. Open ur project and goto Edit->Status->Close->Set. If you know which activity has the reservation, you can close that activity only in similar way.

Hi Umit,

You can basically ask the project owner to close the project using Cj20N by changing the status to TECO and then close the project

t-code cj20n

Step 1 > Edit->status->complete technically->set

Step 2 > Edit->status->Close->set

you can also restrict the reservation retention period in MM config.

Hi,

You have to technically complete the object ( wbs and activity) to cancel the reservation created by them.

Select the respective object and go to edit>status>technially complete>set.

Then the reservatio will be cancelled.
