Frame work order assignment

Dear PM Experts,

I want to assign a frame work order in my preventive maint order.

But i dnt know where to assing the FW PR or PO.

Plz help

Dear Rakesh,

This is process of external service procurement on every certain interval.

1-Create a Maintenace Order and enter serivices that is to hired

2- Ypu will get PR from maintenance order...with that create PO

3-Now go for creation of maintenance Plan IP41..Chosse maintenanc eplan category Service Procurement Here in settlement order you enter maintenance order and that PO which you created with reference to maintenance order PR.

4-Now Cycle you choose inmaintenance plan will generate service entery sheet according to plan.

5-Accept the service entry sheet...

6-Do settlement of maintenance order

Note: service quantity you entered in maintenance order should accrding to you plan. If you recieve all the services than you will not abe able to use that PO again. Service enry sheet will not be created again.

hi

you can only assign the frame work order to the maintenance plan and in that maintenance plan you can specify the settlement order over there.

use T code IP40 and specify the Framework PO and settlement order
