HR Position and Employee Integration.

Hi,

Can we bring the Positions and Employees from HR without replicating the HR Organization Structure and link Position to Employees.

In my project is HR orgnization structure is very complex and all the Organizational units are not required for CRM Orgnization Strucutre. so i have used ECC Organization Structure, but i need positions and employees from HR. Is this possible, when i am trying to replicate the Position via ALE it is giving status 52 - Cannot link position to Organization Unit.

Please help me out in this.

try this tables : HRP1000 , HRP1001.

or this FM : RH_GET_LEADING_POSITION , RH_OM_GET_HOLDER_OF_POSITION
