Attachment option in the SC

Friends,

When i create a SC and add the item.. i am not able to see the attachment field in the SC screen. can you please help me out this issue..

Hi

SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Define Settings for Attachments

Plz check the above settings.

Yes. You need to install JRE . Java Run time environment.

you can down load it from web .

You may get an error in the left bottom of the screen.

Hello friends,

the problem here is i am not able to see the attachment button in the SC screen.. how can i activate the attachment button..

Hi

SICF -Default_host ->SAP > EBP> DOCSERVER is active only

In SPRO - cross application settings-->Activate DOC server must be flagged.
