Print preview in smartforms

Hi,

In smartforms,when i see the print preview in one printer the boxes around the text are appearing properly.But when i see printpreview in other printer the boxes around the text are appearing in 3mm thickness,how to recify this thickness problem.

Hi Ravi,

It could be an issue with Printer settings. Check for printer settings...

Also check with print in some other printer (Just to make sure it is not an issue with smartforms)

Hi Ravi,

Take a Printout in both printer and compare as we cannot ascertain appearance by just seeing the Print Preview.

Check with the properties of the second printer.

it seems that there is nio problem with your script.

hi,

i think there is no issue with the samrt forms...in my opinion you need to check your printer settinngs to make sure that there is no issue with the smartforms..also try in different printer.

Hi Ravi,

well to be clear about this printpreview problems it basically depends on printer....normal or pdf scansoft printer.

so decide with your user about the kind and format of printer he/she going to use.

In Box and Shading window we can control the frame size check that once.
