Resource Allocation

Hi!

Is there any possibility to make it mandatory the allocation of resource to a project. Can we make it a compulsion such that the project can not be released without allocating resource.

Hi,

I underatnad, allocating resource my menas of work centers. If this is right, U need to enter the planned Hours. As you know, work center is having actvity types and cost centers.

Project will have Budget. Execute the avilablity control.(CJBV).

In this case, unless u dont have the budget release, you cannot plan the resource hours.
