can anybody please guide me under this.

What are the pre golive activities in a project.

what is the role of a consultant when that time.

Hi Lakshmi,

Pre Go live means what are the things you need to make sure that before golive

The following activities will come

1st and most importent is Cutover activites need to collect the cut over data make sure that cut over data cleaning and clinsing is done

2) Make sure all core user training is done

3) Make sure all master data is uploaded

4) Make sure all kinds of testings done

5) Make sure you satisfied all client requirements

and so on...................

It is totally dependent on your business process i just can't say it.

But still i can give an example i.e 0000, 0001,0002,0006,0007,0008,0009 0014 0015 these are common for all rest depends up the business process

u are involved int he first three stages 1.u need to identify the core user at the clinet place and need to get info to prepare AS IS process

BBP here u will do that AS IS as To BE process

realisation u will give training to end user
