Since installing LiveOffice on our users machines the performance of Excel has slowed. For example, when opening a blank spreadsheet and selecting the first 3 columns and then selecting "Copy", it can take over 6 seconds to respond when the dotted lines finally appear around the cells. When selecting a larger set of cells or a workbook, Excel can become unresponsive and require an "End Task" using the "Task Manager". This problem occurs without any LiveOffice content added to the spreadsheet. If we uninstall LiveOffice from the client machine, Excel's performance returns to normal. Has anybody else had issues like this with LiveOffice?

HI Brenden,
Just a suggestion that similar kind of issue had been reported in BO XIR2 and was resolved with latest patch.
You can install Fix Pack 1 or 2 for BO XI R3 and check if the performance improves or not.

Hello,
Has this issue actually been resolved?
We have installed BO XI R3.1 and the issue persists and is blocking users from working efficiently with Excel.
Example: CTRL-A to select all cells in a worksheet, then CTRL-C will block Excel completeley. We have tried to activate and deactivate the LiveOffice CopyPaste Functionality - however no resolution.
The only workaround currently is to deactivate LiveOffice for Excel to be able to work normally.
Looking forward to your replies / recommendations.
Best regards,
Andreas
