What is the best method to migrate AR Open Items from one SAP system to another?

Thanks Pavan,

I was more looking for a reference to a technical mechanism, eg outbound idoc from legacy SAP to inbound idoc in target SAP system, or flat file extract from legacy to bapi input in target etc.
