Hi,

Check the environment variables like dbms_type = ora,

if you can post us the dev_disp that would be very helpful to drill more in to the problem

yes you are right some problem in Environment variable, it taking the old path of Oracle 9i, i edited it, and then strart listener

the mmc is now up and R3 is running
