Rework Production orders

Hey Gurus,

We are using CO07 to create a production order for rework. Since we are not using a routing for this, we were not sure how to account for labor. We have assigned an operation to the production order but I am not sure how to account for how much time is used on that operation without the use of a routing.

Would I need to create a rework routing? How do I create a routing without using a material to account for the amount of labor that was used for this specific rework production order if we use CO07?

during rework order creation without materual that is CO07 .when you entered externally operation to be performed then if you click on the same operation number like 0010 then one screen will open with many options out of which select standard values and put the required labour time over there.
