I have copied a standard report out of our ERP product (Vantage by EPICOR) and when I attempt to change a font on a field, change the font size, (essentially change any format option), I get a message "memory full".
any help would be appreciated.
This is not a Crystal issue. Epicore needs to support their product which has Cr embedded in it.

If you search the library (Articles/whitepapers) for "Troubleshooting Tips for various types of memory errors" you'll find a whitepaper (article) dedicated to this type of message. Might be of help to you.

Do you have a specific URL where this whitepaper may be found? I have the same error and I'm unable to find the whitepaper.
I get the "Memory Full" error instantly when I try to export any of my reports to either PDF or Word format. I'm obviously not out of memory exporting a small 5 page report. This appears to be a bug rather than an actual memory problem.
