Benefits administration

Hi,

When we go to Benefits Administraion -> Define Benefit Adjustment reasons (Table T74HA),

I need to define fixed date to one of the adjust ment reason. and this fixed date is end of the current year always. How can this be done? Does it need to be done once in every year manually ? Please help.
