benefits new hire and open enrollment

Hi,

We have the following situation in our company. We enable Open enrollment for coming year during the month of November. If some one joins the company during Open Enrollment Period it we give them New Hire Event. When they try to do "New Hire" action it reads the same tables that are configured for Open Enrollment for next year. For these new hires it should read only for this year.

I am pretty sure there is something in config but I am not sure where to look for it. I think it is reading the data from table t5ub3. Can you please help me with this?
