Getting errors running both DESKI and WEBI reports, related to output

We run BObj XIr2 SP4 in a Windows environment. We are getting this message when attempting to run WEBI reports:

"Could not get an output file for the document. (Error: RWI 00314) (Error: INF)"

We are getting this one when we attempt to run a DESKI report:

"Failed to get storage token. (Error: RFC 00302) (Error: INF)"

I restarted the output file repository server thinking that it might have gotten hosed but it didn't help. All servers seem to be up and running properly. Does anyone have some input to point us in the right direction?

Jim,

Have you tired restarting tomcat after you restarted FRS? I remember seeing a post on this that restarting tomcat resolved this issue.
