Revaluate Planning Cost

Dear All,

I want to revaluate the planning Cost for this year. I have Created the Plan Revalution through Costomisation. Now when I want to revaluate the Planning Cost through T Code KSPU (Revaluate Planning Cost), it throughs an error "Incorrect Plan revaluations / Revaluation was not executed"

Is it necessary to do some more configuration for revaluation of Planed Cost?

Can any one guide on revaluation of Planned Costs.

Please configure a revaluation in KPU3 and give a percentage there.

The percentage by which you want to reevaluate the costs. Specify the cost element and cost centers you want to reevaluate.

You can reevaluate with different factors for different cost elements within the same cost center

Hi Naveen,

For revaluation of manual planning, there is one more T Code KP95. In which scenario, this Transaction Code is useful?

KP95 is used if there is any change in the excahnge rates from the date you have entered the planning and today.

This will reevaluate the old plan data with the new exchange rate,
